Incoming letters (Lettere di...) and outgoing correspondence (Registro). Some of the Registro volumes are indexed by city, with a note concerning the correspondent. This is followed by a number which leads the researcher to both a page number in the 'Registro' and in the 'Lettere' volume which treats the particular city and year. These indices are not complete. Otherwise, locating a letter and a response is difficult. Volumes in this series were originally interspersed with the Tesoriere Generale series (ID VATV10126-A).
