Iura diversa, 1512-1882.

The series Iura diversa is composed of original documents and copies of documents presented by the lawyers and proctors of the litigants. The documents are organized in buste more or less according to the dates of their presentation. The dates (year, month[s]) in which the documents were presented are marked on the outside of the buste. Sometimes these buste also contain documents from other months and even other years. Buste 615-636 contain documents taken from unorganized files. According to Lodolini (1932), an additional 239 volumes of the Iura diversa entitled "Iura diverse et cedulae privatae" (1802-1869) are available at the Archivio di Stato di Roma. This material is listed in this guide as a part of the Rota Romana series Tribunale della rota.
