Littere post obitum Innocenti IX : Exemplum litterarum sacra collegio, 1585-1592.

This series is composed of letters written after the death of popes to kings, dukes, bishops, abbots, governors of papal states, and the like to express mourning and to conduct business. Many are copies or abbreviated copies of letters, signed by three cardinals designated to issue papal bulls in the absence of a pope. There are some miscellaneous documents regarding the papal army.
