Interview conducted by Jessie L. Embry as part of the LDS German-Speaking Oral History Project by the Charles Redd Center for Western studies at Brigham Young University. Steiner talks about his early years in Switzerland, his experiences in speaking German at home, his association with the Logan 10th Ward of the Mormon Church, and how he feels about being Swiss in Utah.
