Interview conducted by Katuska Serrano as part of the LDS Hispanic American Oral History Project by the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies at Brigham Young University on 27 August 1991. Vargas talks about her migration from El Salvador to the United States, her experiences in the United States, her conversion to the Mormon Church, and her feelings about attending a Spanish-speaking ward.
