Haight, a partner whom Page blames for the company's troubles; together with a small amount of correspondence (1851-1857), and a check and a bank draft from Page, Bacon & Co. (1854). Correspondence includes a few letters from John W. Carrington to his brother, Bob.

Henry Huntley Haight, California governor, was born in New York and graduated from Yale University in 1844. Haight moved to San Francisco, CA, and practiced law there until he was elected governor of California in 1867.
