Directories, 1963-1980 [state publication].

This series contains directories for public libraries, boards of trustees, and federal depositories. Public library directories are arranged by region and non-region, including the name of the director, the address, and telephone number. Trustee directories lists board members of public libraries by region and non-region and also cite statutory authorities for library boards from the Code. The directory of depositories for federal publications and selected non-depository libraries in 1980 lists libraries by city, giving the status, subject concentration, collection classification, location in the library, circulation policy, service staff, general policy, interlibrary loan conditions, and duplication facilities available and cost. It is indexed by the name of the library and by the parent institution. Registers of the executive board and staff of the agency are also present in the series. Directories of public libraries may additionally be found in the annual reports. The series demonstrates the agency's role as a State Library.
