Letter, 1812 June 29.

Letter to Major General Stephen Van Rensselaer informing him that he would be willing to join Van Rensselaer as an aide as soon as his health permits. Beekman states that he is ill with "inflamation of the eyes", but would be willing to serve under Van Rensselaer if requested to do so. Written at New York, N.Y.
