TLS, 1929 March 6 : Allahabad, to Sailendra Nath Ghosh.

Written as General Secretary of the All India Congress Committee, to Ghosh, President of the American Branch Indian National Congress, noting with pleasure his activities in the United States. He speaks of imperialist activities of certain countries, how the press in every country "gives special prominence to the darker aspects of life," and says "so far as India is concerned we seldom have visits from any prominent Americans."
