Edward William Mulligan was a Denver, Colo. business executive of the W.H. Kistler Stationery Co. and amateur historian. He authored historical articles for magazines and was a member of several historical and genealogical organizations including the Colorado Historical Society and the Colorado Society of the Sons of the American Revolution.
