Sends his congratulations "on the Success of your Sloop Hancock, the Prize loaded with 306 pipes of choice Madeira Wine." Notes Deane's embarkation for France. "I am at present much engaged in promoting plans for supplying our Army, appreciating Cont(inenta)l Money etc indeed these things engross most of my time."
