Petition to the Orange County Court, 1748 May.

Petition of Richard Winslow to the Orange County [Va.] Court. Winslow claims that Robert and John Seayres have defrauded him of 1831 pounds of tobacco and he asks for £30 current money of Virginia in damages. Jury finds in his favor and awards him £13.1s.10p. George Wythe represents Winslow and the document is in Wythe's hand.
