Frederic-Moffett papers. [1884-1970].

This collection contains correspondence collected by Wallace B. Moffett, a professor in the English Department at Michigan State University in the 1940s, for his study of the career of Harold Frederic, an American author. The correspondence of Harold Frederic includes Frederic's letters to Charles Miller (editor of the New York Times) and others including Grover Cleveland. There are also letters addressed to Frederic and Miller by various correspondents. The collection also includes some correspondence and research notes of Prof. Wallace B. Moffett.
