Dicken-Troutman-Balke family papers, 1816-1945, 1850-1899.

This diverse collection consists of the papers of the family of Francis Troutman. There are 37 record books in the collection, which contain lists of subscribers to railroad companies, banking transactions, and accounts of the Louisiana plantation. Photographic materials were removed from the collection and placed in the Photographic Archives of the library.
