Personal papers, 1967-1980.

Description: Dr. Ruehl began his career at Stout in 1948 teaching electricity and electronics, later serving as Chair of the Electronics Department until 1967 when he was appointed Assistant Dean of the School of Applied Science and Technology in which capacity he served until his retirement in December 1981. The collection includes lecture notes, assignment sheets, and tests of several of the courses Ruehl taught at Stout including electronic communications, energy, and curriculum development. Also included is a grant proposal involving teacher training for retirees from industry, materials regarding the dedication of Jarvis Hall, student papers, and some materials regarding some consultant work Ruehl did for the West Virginia Institute of Technology.
