The course materials primarily relate to nutrition while Clure earned her master's degree at the University of Chicago and consist of lecture notes, tests, and many of Clure's synopses of nutrition research reported in professional journals. The demonstration materials relate to Clure's work experience for various household equipment corporations and include programs, brochures, scripts, menus, recipes, and demonstration plans used in demonstrating electric stoves and freezers. Clure's writings include several issues of two newsletters she wrote for Electromaster and Gibson and several articles written for homemaking mazagines.
