Scrapbook and miscellaneous papers relating to the Sacco-Vanzetti case and trial, 1962-1988.

Scrapbook of articles and book reviews regarding his Tragedy in Dedham (1962). With two letters from James T. Farrell (1976 Aug. 30-31, New York City) containing reminiscences of the Sacco-Vanzetti trial, politics in the 1920s, anarchism and liberalism, and other matters. Includes copies of correspondence between Frank J. Trabucco (Boston Commissioner of Public Safety) and David E. Kaiser of Carnegie Mellon University, 1982. There is a second set of clippings of reviews and notices of Russell's Sacco & Vanzetti: the case resolved (1986), with related letters (1986 March 1-31) from Daniel Bell, Stephen Downes, and Charles E. Wyzanski, Jr. With a letter from Russell to Prof. Richard Newby, 1988.
