Mildred Orkney Wurtele scrapbook, 1910-1912.

Kept in a volume titled "Plays and players: a theater-goer's record," Wurtele's scrapbook contains clipped programs for plays, operas, ballets, concerts, vaudeville performances, and motion pictures showings in Chicago and New Orleans; plot synopses of operas and plays; lengthy commentary by Wurtele; photographs of opera singers and actors; and several reviews by Chicago music critic Felix Borowski.
