The documents include nomination forms, publications, press kits, and correspondence covering the designation of the powder mills on the grounds of the Hagley Museum, formerly part of the Brandywine Works of E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company, as a national historic mechanical engineering landmark. There are photocopies of photos and drawings from Hagley's collections, plus a CD of the dedication ceremony held on October 9, 2002.
