Letter to Killian Van Rensselaer, congressional representative at Washington, requesting that a member of Congress refute a piece published by Congressman Theodorus Bailey in the Albany Register. Stringer maintains that the piece is "calculated to misguide the people against the ensuing election". Written at Albany, N.Y.
