Charles Crouch Civil War letters, 1861-1911.

Letters from Charles Crouch to his brother Henry Crouch detailing his experiences serving with the 34th Regiment, New York Volunteers in and around Virginia. Also, Charles Crouch's commission as a corporal in the New York State Volunteers; a Confederate $20 bill that was included with the letters; a note from Henry's son Leonard Crouch to Charles' son Fred Crouch describing how the documents were found; and a second letter from Leonard to Fred that accompanied the letters when they were given to Fred.
