The Russell-Miller Milling Company was a flour milling company on the banks of the Sheyenne River in Valley City, North Dakota. Established in 1882 by John Russell and Arthur Miller, it was best known for its Occident brand of flour. The company expanded throughout North Dakota and Montana, and in 1908 moved its headquarters to Minneapolis, Minnesota. By 1957, it was the 4th largest flour milling business in the United States.
