This collection contains correspondence, minutes, conference programs, agendas, newsletters, brochures, guidelines, receipts, budgets, photographs, and negatives. The Operations Manual was produced by the national AWG for the local chapters and includes information on committees, meetings, and the histories of the local chapters. The Correspondence series contains letters that discuss the operation and meetings of the Denver chapter while the Conferences series documents conferences from 1982, 1984, and 1992. The Administrative records and minutes consists of minutes, membership and committee information, reports, and Executive Committee minutes. The Outreach series includes employment information for the early 1970s, student awards and a Speakers Bureau; the Publicity and printed materials series contains publicity for the group, chapter newsletters, brochures, and GAEA newsletters; and the Financial records series includes receipts and bank statements. The last series, Photographs, contains color negatives and photographs of a banquet from the 1980s.
