Archibald J. Treat papers, 1884-1960.

Consists of correspondence, speeches, essays, plays, typescripts of stories, published articles, and pamphlets of Archibald Treat, relating to his various interests, particularly fishing and photography. Approximately half of the speeches concern photography. Includes theater ephemera, some of which relates to productions of his plays; a scrapbook of poems, essays, and other writings; Treat's business cards; and other miscellaneous items. Also includes three issues of Pacific Coast Photographer, containing articles by Treat. Includes some materials regarding Helen Bosqui, including her teaching certificate and photocopies of articles about the Saturday Morning Orchestra, a San Francisco women's orchestra in which Helen Bosqui was a violinist.
