Papers, 1846-1855.

A group of papers consisting mostly of letters addressed to William Curtis regarding real estate matters. The letters, 1846-1851 document his oppostion to the anti-rent movement amoung tenants in Blenheim and other towns in Schoharie County. One of the letters contains resolutions stating the position of landlords. The letters, 1852-1855, were concerned mostly with personal and family matters.
