"Common Law" record books, 1890-1907.

The record books consist of a record of orders issued in criminal law and equity, and divorce proceedings held in the South McAlester territorial court. The information given in orders relating to cases include the case number; whether the case is criminal law or equity, or divorce; names of parties; and the text of the order. The volumes also contain the texts of orders admitting attorneys to practice before the court appointing court officials, and summoning jurors.
