In order to facilitate their respective responsibilities, the ABC Board Audit and Enforcement divisions are authorized to operate state owned vehicles. All personnel who are assigned vehicles are responsible for routine care and maintenance on such vehicle. This series is composed of monthly vehicle expense records, completed by the assigned personnel, to document expenditures for their car, car's number, user's name, month, year, and daily maintenance records indicating speedometer reading, gasoline purchased, oil and oil filter changed, tire repair cost, and total expense for the month. Also included in this series are service receipts and copies of credit card transaction slips.
