Rough journals, <1910-1991> [ongoing].

The records document the recording of the proceedings and the legislative business for each day in which the House of Delegates is in session. The rough journal is used by the House of Delegates and the Division of Legislative Automated Services to prepare the text for the published Senate Journal. The journal contains: House procedures and order of business for the day; calendar of bills and resolutions referred and notices; original House amendment forms, etc.
