Fiscal year closeout.

This report serves to close out the various accounts at the end of each fiscal year by encumbering funds necessary to pay outstanding purchase orders and forwarding any remaining funds. Information includes allotment reports, fund reports, the Comptroller's report to the Treasurer for all accounts brought forward for the fiscal year and General Fund, Special Education Trust Fund encumbered accounts, and an encumbrances listing by account number, purchase order number and amount brought forward.
