Mary Ann Jones Black was born 14 March 1895 in Pacheco, Galeana, Chihuahua, Mexico to Eva Minerva Black and James William Palmer. She first married Marvin Willard Jones on 6 February 1913 in San Juan, Colorado. They had 13 children. Mary next married Chester Allen Black 17 March 1967 in Manti, Sanpete, Utah. Charles Luther Sipe (1898-1983) worked in the oil fields in Salt Lake. Charles Luther Sipe was born 8 August 1898 in Adams County, Pennsylvania, to Asbury Derland Sipe and Carrie May Chronister. He was raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and later homesteaded in Wyoming with his mother.
