Land grant: Northwest Territory, 1580 acres, 1804 October 9.

Nathaniel Massie received this land grant for 1,580 acres northwest of the Ohio River between the Little Miami and Sciota rivers from rights assigned by John Walker, Albion Throckmorton, Thomas Payne, and Benjamin Brooks for their revolutionary war service in the Virginia Line of the Continental Army. The land was on military warrants no. 4328, 3206, and parts of 4642 and 1089. The form is dated 9 October 1804; it was transcribed from the Land Office Book Vol. 3 p. 485 on 1 October 1814.
