Typewritten and bound transcript of an interview conducted by Michael Van Wagenen for the World War II Homefront Oral History Project of the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies at Brigham Young University on 16 Oct. 1992. Barlow recalls his early life in Utah. He describes life on the homefront during World War II. He comments on the difficulty of his decision to serve in the military and recalls his experience as war. He fought in France and participated in the Battle of the Bulge in 1944-45.
