A collection of 153 cadastral maps of New York City, New York copied from surveys and maps filed in the register's office from 1812 to 1869. Color is used to distinguish property owners, with a legend on the back of each page giving creation date, surveyor and land owners. This collection once bound and titled Joseph H. Gray, appears to have been used in Gray's law practice. There is one page of notes from a possible case.
