Background files of two of Perpich's speechwriters, Britt Robson (1987-1989) and David Noah (1990). They are basically ready reference files, containing letters, memoranda, clippings, agency issuances, and related miscellany. Among the correspondence are some originals of letters to Perpich, including some from Minnesota's Congress members. Occasional items in Robson's files date back to 1983.
