The Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) provides wholesale water and sewer services to Boston and sixty other communities, and rehabilitates and reconstructs area water supply and sewage treatment facilitites to preserve public health and protect natural resources. In fulfilling these responsibilities, the MWRA Board of Directors, whose affairs are administered by the Executive Division, meets regularly to determine MWRA policy, budget, and goals. Series is created to document the board's decisions.
