Benjamin Stanley Rosenthal (June 8, 1923 – January 4, 1983) was an American lawyer and politician. A member of the Democratic Party, he notably served as the U.S. Representative from New York's 6th (1962-1963), 8th (1963-1983) and 7th (1983) congressional districts. Born in New York City, he attended the public schools there before going on to Long Island University and City College of New York.
