Letter to Stephen Van Rensselaer regarding the settlement of the estate of the recently deceased Philip Schuyler. Cooper makes several comments as to the distribution of the estate and the faulty execution of the will. He also advises Van Rensselaer as to what he should do to obtain his fair share of the estate.
