Each college submits quarterly personnel files on data disc to the Department of Post-Secondary Education. This record was created to assist the colleges by explaining what they need to submit. The file description, record layout and codes for each data field are described in the personnel documentation. The MIS Division uses this documentation to interpret the submittals. This software is no longer used as a unique system. It has been incorporated into the Enrollment Reporting System (ERS) with the 1991 report and will no longer be separate.
