Henry Agard Wallace (October 7, 1888 – November 18, 1965) was an American politician, journalist, and farmer who served as the 11th U.S. Secretary of Agriculture, the 33rd vice president of the United States, and the 10th U.S. Secretary of Commerce. George William Russell was an Irish poet, journalist, nationalist, mystic and painter, known by the pseudonym "AE". A theosophist, he was, with W.B. Yeats, a leader of the Irish Renaissance and a co-founder of Dublin's Abbey Theatre. He edited "Irish Homestead" (1906-1923) and the "Irish Statesman" (1923-1930).
