A manuscript copy from a map by Baldwin surveyed in November 1792 of Lot No. 7 of the 23d General Allotment of the Kayaderosseras Patent in New York State. The map shows three divisions for N. Romayne, Gerrard Walton, and Henry Walton. The Henry Walton land includes the residences of Sylvester Philips and George Palmer.
