This series consists of three complete sets of docket volumes. Each judge of the Court of Appeals had a separate docket of cases to be considered. Information includes the names of appellant and appellee; the dates of submission of various documents, such as briefs and transcripts; and the decision or action of the court in the case. Each volume is indexed alphabetically by the name of the appellant. Cases were heard before judges C. R. Bricken, John Pelham, James Rice, W. H. Samford and E. P. Thomas.
