Vouchers of Sheriff's fees, 1867-1868.

This series contains voucher bills sent to the state by J.L. Williams, Sheriff of Dale County, for arrests, subpoena serving, and for taking and approving bonds. The sheriff received a fee for each arrest, subpoena, or bond he acted upon and these bills were paid to the state. The agency responsible for the Insane Hospital was later known as the State Hospitals.
