Articles of incorporation, subscription agreement (1898), minutes of meetings, financial statements, and miscellany of a company organized in 1898 by O. H. Ingram, C. H. Ingram, and Delos R. Moon to carry on general lumbering, manufacturing, real estate, and related activities. Thomas Irvine was its president, Frederick Weyerhaeuser its vice-president and treasurer, and William I. Ewart its treasurer, from February, 1898, until its liquidation in March of 1903. Much of the company's business was conducted out of Tacoma, Washington. This firm was a Weyerhaeuser affiliate.

Thomas Howard Irvine was born in Madison County, Kentucky, on August 19, 1845, son of Thomas H. Irvine and his second wife, Sally Bryan. When Thomas was four years old, his family moved to St. Joseph, Missouri. In 1864, they crossed the plains by wagon train to Virginia City, Montana Territory, and eventually settled in the Deer Lodge Valley.
