Letter to Edward Livingston congratulating him on a recent diplomatic mission and requesting a letter of introduction to [Thomas Pennant?] Barton for the son of a dear friend of his. The boy is about to make the tour of Europe, and Poinsett is not aquainted with Barton. Written at Bethlehem, Penn.
