These records consist of the secretary's book which contains minutes of meetings from October 15, 1894 to October 17, 1906, by-laws and amendments, record of attendance at meetings, and a report of the sub-committee on varsity sweaters and emblems; and miscellaneous items including sketches for the varsity "S", Report of Committee on Revision of the Constitution (1900), certification of shotput distance by O. E. Hyde on April 16, 1904, notes, and a clipping. Recording secretaries included Evans Holbrook, Forrest S. Fisher, Bristow Adams, and James G. Dehy.

The Athletic Committee of the ASSU was organized in the fall of 1894, by-laws were adopted by the committee on October 30, 1894.
