John Callaghan deposition : AD, 1861.

Draft of a deposition written by Washington Bartlett, Clerk for the City and County of San Francisco, in which Callaghan claims to have been discharged from the U.S. Army three months late, in Nov. 1861, at the Presidio. Callaghan served in Company "K" of the Ninth Regiment of Infantry. The document is unsigned.
