The Dept. of Agriculture and Industries, General Services Section provides services and support for the other divisions and sections in Agriculture and Industries. This includes the maintenance and disposal of all automotive vehicles owned by the department. General Services handles automobile insurance claims and the paying of automobile repair bills when necessary. If a vehicle owned by the department is involved in an accident, the operator submits an accident report to the General Services Section. These files contain accident reports and any other records and correspondence relating to the specific accident. They remain active until the matter is settled.
