Rheumatic fever program records, [ca. 1951]-1955.

Case histories, treatment recommendations, and follow-up correspondence generated by a weekly rheumatic fever out-patient clinic. Patients were referred from fifteen counties in and around the Twin Cities metropolitan area: Aitkin, Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Kanabec, McLeod, Mille Lacs, Pine, Ramsey, Scott, Washington, and Wright.
