The ABC Warehouse is responsible for the maintenance of equipment used by Warehouse personnel. Merchandise is moved within the Warehouse area by forklift. Each forklift battery is checked daily and the specific reading is taken in a different cell each day. This check is required to keep the preventive maintenance agreement valid. These are monthly records of daily forklift battery readings completed/maintained by plant maintenance crew.
