Correspondence, minutes, and miscellany of the Minnesota branch of a committee organized to sponsor liberal candidates and back liberal movements throughout the nation, to establish a new national progressive party, and to publish The Liberal, a monthly bulletin. The correspondence provides information about raising campaign funds, candidates for state and national offices, and relations with other third parties such as the Farmer-Labor Association and the National Nonpartisan League. Principal correspondents are John A. H. Hopkins, chairman of the national committee, and Stanley I. Rypins, chairman of the Minnesota committee.
